• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for lateness. However, if you arrive later than 15 minutes, a £15 late fee will be applied.
• Anything later than 30 minutes leads to cancellation with no refund.

• Bookings outside work hours are considered special bookings and as such require an additional £25 for Studio Service and £30 for Home Service.
• Outside of work hours here refers to bookings scheduled before 9am and after 7pm for regular periods.

• No additional guest should accompany you to the appointment; if you require a companion kindly notify us.
